Your Sexual Health Is An Important Part of Your Health
Your libido and sexual wellbeing aren't a "nice to have" — they're an important part of how you feel in yourself, your confidence and your relationships.
If you've noticed that your desire for sex has disappeared, intimacy feels different, or changes in your sexual health are affecting your confidence or relationship, you don't simply have to accept it. There are many reasons libido can change — and plenty we can do to help.
Sexual health is about physical comfort too. Itching, soreness, pain during sex, dryness, unusual discharge or recurrent symptoms can have a huge impact on how you feel day to day.
Whatever you're experiencing, you deserve to feel comfortable, confident and like yourself again.
We're here to help you understand what's going on and find the right support for you.

Libido Support Plan
Lost your desite for sex and not sure why?
Changes in libido are incredibly common, but that doesn't mean you have to simply accept them. Your sex drive can be influenced by hormones, menopause, medications, stress, sleep, relationships, physical discomfort and your wider health — and often, there's more than one thing going on.
Our Libido Support Plan gives you the time and space to explore what's changed and why.
We'll look at the bigger picture, including your hormones, physical and sexual health, lifestyle, medications and any symptoms that could be affecting desire. Where appropriate, we can also discuss treatment options such as HRT, testosterone, vaginal oestrogen and other approaches to improving sexual wellbeing.
This isn't about telling you how much sex you should be having.
It's about helping you understand what's changed and supporting you to feel like yourself again.

Your Vulval Health
Matters Too
The skin of the vulva is often overlooked — until something starts to feel wrong.
Persistent itching, soreness, burning, pain or changes to the skin aren't something you should simply put up with. If your symptoms are affecting your sleep, your confidence, your sex life or your everyday comfort, they deserve proper assessment and care.
There are many possible causes of vulval symptoms, and getting the right diagnosis is the first step towards getting the right treatment.
If something doesn't feel right, book an appointment and let's get to the bottom of it.

Vaginal Hyaluronic Acid Treatment
Dryness, soreness and discomfort shouldn't become your new normal.
Changes in hormones, particularly around perimenopause and menopause, can affect the delicate tissues of the vulva and vagina, leaving them feeling dry, sensitive, sore or uncomfortable. For some women, this can also make intimacy or sex painful.
Our vaginal hyaluronic acid treatment uses injectable hyaluronic acid to help hydrate and support the vulvovaginal tissues, with the aim of improving comfort, moisture and tissue quality.
It may be an option for women experiencing ongoing dryness or discomfort, including those who cannot or prefer not to use vaginal oestrogen, or who are looking for additional support alongside their existing treatment.
You'll have a consultation first to discuss your symptoms, make sure the treatment is appropriate for you and talk through what you can realistically expect.
Because feeling comfortable in your own body matters.
